In individual therapy, we deal with difficult thought patterns, unresolved problems, and the struggle against change, all of which can get in the way of living a fulfilling life. I work with you to find the source of your struggles, to discover your inherent self-worth just as you are, and to disentangle your authentic self from the person you think you are supposed to be. We'll help you find your way to clarity, make peace with old problems, create healthy boundaries, and learn tools that lead to living the life you want.
