I'VE BEEN THERE.
I started dieting in college... the big name diet programs, clean eating, "lifestyle changes"... always thinking I was "doing it for my health." But you and I both know the truth - I wanted to lose weight. And each time I tried, I eroded my relationship with my body and food. In fact, my self-esteem and how much I liked my body just kept getting worse.
I finally learned how to trust myself around food and to stop binge eating. I learned how to listen and respond to my hunger and fullness cues... and my body size stabilized. I craved a vegetable (who knew!?). I found respect for the way my body shows up for me. I even learned that I like to exercise.
Most importantly - I found my sanity and ultimately, a fuller, happier life.
And now, I want to help you find that same food and body freedom.
