HI, I'M SHELLY!
I'm honored to serve as a therapist in Fort Collins, Colorado and as a co-founder of Wildfire Wellbeing. I am deeply committed to helping clients return to their authentic selves and strengthen relationships through counseling. I believe the best therapy sessions meet you right where you are - tears, laughter, and everything in between is invited.
My work hopes to encompass self-discovery and healing in the context of you as a whole person - I offer individual and relational therapy, Intuitive Eating coaching, group therapy, community retreats, and yoga sessions.
Outside of this work, you can find me hiking, biking, paddling, and generally just soaking up the magic of wild spaces. I love live music, belly laughs, dancing, coffee in handmade mugs, and being in community!
WHAT I OFFER
50-minutes | $90
We all have things that keep us from showing up as our "best self." Seeking support when you feel stuck is a great first step toward meaningful change. Struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, difficult family members, body image, boundaries, vulnerability, coping skills, or life transitions? We'll work together so you can reclaim your inherent wisdom, accomplish your goals, and find the life you want to live.
90-minutes | $140
Couples can find themselves feeling disconnected, lonely, betrayed, misunderstood, and wondering, "How did we get here?" Our work together will include meaningful moments of connection between you and your partner. I'll guide you toward a healthy, loving, and attuned relationship in which you both feel alive and vibrant. I work with straight, gay, and lesbian couples from any background and stage of life.
INTUITIVE EATING COUNSELING
